Feel steadier in
60 seconds.
A simple nervous system reset you can do with your own hands, anytime life feels overwhelming, overstimulating, or like too much.
Simple Finger Holds.
Wrap the fingers of one hand gently around one finger of the other. Light touch, nothing more. Start with thirty seconds, a pulse under your fingers, a flicker of warmth, your thoughts going quiet for a second. When you have longer, two to three minutes a finger is where you feel the real melt, and it builds each time you come back to it.
Either hand works. If your mind starts asking whether it's working yet, just follow your breath for a few rounds. That's the whole practice.
Hold whichever one matches where you are right now. There's no wrong choice.
Watch it, then try it.

An ancient art.
An everyday reset.
Jin Shin Jyutsu is a gentle Japanese healing practice that supports the nervous system through simple touch.
It helps the body shift out of stress mode and back toward steadiness, restoration, and balance, not by forcing anything, but by giving your system a place to begin.
More steadiness, in your inbox.
